Update from Naomi – February 2026

God knows every person’s name, and He loves them!

During a recent prison ministry outreach, Audio Scripture Ministries (ASM) Partner Pastor David said, “Among the women prisoners was a mother with a two-week-old newborn, a powerful reminder of life continuing even in confinement.”

Behind bars in East Africa many are hearing God’s Word for the first time in their own heart language.  These incarcerated men and women (photo, left) received audio Bibles, a warm meal, and a personal care package to remind them that God loves them and sees them in the midst of their pain.

God used your prayers and financial support of ASM to reach people in three East African prisons, and minister to vulnerable, persecuted Christians in Greater South Asia.

Thank you for your commitment to sharing God’s Word with those who need to hear it.

Pastor David goes on to say, “The visit brought deep encouragement to this new mother and to other women in custody.  Hearing God’s Word, receiving an Audio Bible, and being included in the celebration provided emotional support during a particularly vulnerable season of motherhood.”

You and I may not know the names of these men and women, but God does, and they are not forgotten by Him, regardless of their location or circumstances!  Would you please pray with us for this new mother, her young child, and the other men and women who received God’s Word in audio, that in listening they’ll soon understand God’s love for them and come to faith in Jesus?  Thank you.

Your generous giving and faithful prayers mean that God’s Word in audio is being distributed widely, hundreds of indigenous leaders are receiving Bible Engagement training, and barriers to sharing Jesus are being removed.  Thank you for being a part of sharing Hope in Jesus.

May God bless you as you serve Him, and share Gospel Hope!

Prayerfully and expectantly,

Naomi A. Frizzell
ASM Executive Director
