Update From Naomi — December 2024

Do you have a lot of lists this time of year, too?

Activities at church to celebrate our Savior’s birth.  Activities with family or friends to reconnect and share God’s love.  Gifts to make—or to buy—so that each person knows you haven’t forgotten them.

Thanks to the prayers and gifts of God’s people–generously sharing God’s Word–these people (pictured above) know they too haven’t been forgotten by God.  Representing four Sudanese tribes, and speaking four languages (Anyuak, Nuer, Pari, Nuba) these men and women were trained recently by ASM Gospel Partner, Pastor Simon (above, seated front row).

ASM’s Director of Bible Engagement, Dr. Tara Rye, says Pastor Simon is “a multiplier of God’s Word.”  Using the “The Six Acts of the Bible” (left), developed by Tara, the leaders received a Gospel-centered overview of the Bible from Genesis to Revelation.  Pastor Simon says they now have a greater understanding of the Gospel message, and they promise to share that message with others.  Disciples making disciples

Praise the Lord!

Your commitment to generously sharing God’s Word in audio, providing Bible Engagement training, and helping remove barriers to sharing the Gospel is essential.  Each prayer you’ve prayed, every financial gift to ASM you’ve given is a blessing to those who couldn’t hear last year, but now do because of your faithfulness.  Thank you for keeping ASM on your prayer list and your support list this year!  There’s no better gift that we can share than the Gospel Good News.

Merry Christmas!
