Wearing Out Buttons

God’s Word is changing lives across Mexico—and people are asking for more.

In the first few months of 2025, more than 1,600 audio Bibles were distributed across Mexico by ASM Latin America Directors Jim and Jamie Loker and their team. And the response is clear: people can’t get enough of God’s Word in their own language.

In one community, the local pastors report that people listen so often that “they’re wearing out the buttons!” One Zapotec audio Bible recipient told of his excitement, saying now he can listen whenever he wants.

These simple but effective tools are doing something extraordinary: bringing the hope and comfort of Scripture into homes, villages, and hearts—especially in remote areas where access to God’s Word is limited.

But many still wait. With more than 250 languages spoken in Mexico, the need is still great.

You can help send more. Thanks to generous partners like you, we’re already seeing Gospel momentumbut we can’t stop now. Our team wants to respond to the need by saying, “More audio Bibles are coming!” Will you help more people hear the life-changing message of Jesus?

This audio Bible has obviously been well-loved for years, bringing God’s Word to dozens of Zapotec speakers in Southern Mexico. Special thanks to Gospel Partner, Insight for Living Ministries.
