Today, on Mother’s Day in the United States, we praise God for the mothers, grandmothers, and other women whom God has used to demonstrate His great love for us. Praise the Lord also for the many new mothers who are experiencing their first Mother’s Day. Pray for mothers-to-be to know God’s protection and love for them and their child, as they celebrate the blessing with which they have been entrusted (Psalm 139:13-14).
