A Gospel Partner reported discovering that one group of “sudden converts” thought they would receive financial aid if they chose to be baptized. Pray for the Lord to use His Word to bring true understanding of the Gospel among any who wrongly “think that godliness is a means to financial gain” (1 Timothy 6:5, NIV).
